Through our trauma-focused counseling services, Community Outreach OKC programs, and Non-Profit Counseling in Oklahoma City and Child Welfare Services in Oklahoma we aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for children, families, and foster parents.
Backed by licensed counselors, social workers, and family advocates, our mission is to help children overcome trauma and anxiety while empowering families to build stronger, healthier relationships.
Your counseling journey is as unique as you are. While some people benefit from 6–8 sessions, others may choose to continue working on evolving goals. We’ll work together to find the right pace and timeline for your needs after your first session.
We recommend weekly sessions, especially in the beginning, to build a strong foundation and focus on your goals. As you start feeling better and maintaining progress, we can adjust the frequency to fit your needs. If weekly sessions aren’t possible, starting with weekly for the first 3–4 sessions and then transitioning to bi-weekly is a great option.
Counseling sessions are typically 50-55 minutes long, but we also offer 30-minute and 90-minute sessions to meet your specific needs.
Absolutely. Building a strong, trusting relationship with your counselor is essential for effective therapy. If you feel that another counselor might be a better fit, we’re here to support you in making that transition smoothly. Your comfort and progress are our top priorities.
